Terms of Service

"Rasava AI", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Rasava AI platform.

"Services" means all features, tools, APIs, dashboards, and functionalities provided through the Rasava AI platform.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.

"Content" means any data, text, images, or other information submitted to or generated by the Services.

"Review Data" means publicly available Google Maps review content, ratings, and metadata collected through authorized third-party APIs.

By accessing or using Rasava AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Rasava AI provides the following services:

• Collection and analysis of public Google Maps reviews via authorized third-party APIs (Outscraper)
• AI-powered sentiment analysis and categorization of review data
• Business intelligence dashboards for F&B operators
• Actionable recommendations based on customer feedback patterns
• Competitor review benchmarking and trend analysis
• Periodic review reports and automated insight summaries

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

To access the Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@rasava.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

When using the Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes related to your F&B operations
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use
• Not use the Services to harm, harass, or defame any individual or business
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage limits

Rasava AI uses artificial intelligence and large language models to analyze review data and generate insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated insights, recommendations, and summaries are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice
• AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations — you should verify important decisions independently
• Review data is sourced from publicly available Google Maps content via Outscraper's authorized APIs and reflects third-party opinions, not statements made by Rasava AI
• The accuracy of insights depends on the quality and volume of available review data for your business location

We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will improve your business outcomes.

All intellectual property rights in the Rasava AI platform, including its design, software, algorithms, logos, and branding, are owned by or licensed to us.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Services without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of any business data you provide to the platform. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the Services.

Access to paid features requires an active subscription or one-time purchase. Fees are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your chosen plan).

All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on your existing subscription.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Where we offer "Lifetime" access plans, this means access to the Services for as long as Rasava AI continues to operate this specific service tier. A Lifetime plan does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual service.

Lifetime plan holders will receive access to all feature updates within their plan tier at no additional cost, unless an upgrade to a new product tier is required.

In the event that Rasava AI discontinues the service, Lifetime plan holders will be given at least 90 days notice and a pro-rated refund where commercially reasonable.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Services within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at hello@rasava.ai for a full refund.

After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable after the 7-day period.

The Services rely on and integrate with third-party providers, including:

• Outscraper API — for collection of publicly available Google Maps review data
• OpenRouter — for AI language model processing and inference
• Google Services — including Google OAuth for authentication and Google Maps as the underlying review platform
• Payment Providers — for secure processing of subscription and one-time payments
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers — for hosting, storage, and computing resources
• Authentication Providers — for secure user identity and session management

Your use of the Services is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for disruptions, changes, or discontinuation of third-party services that may affect the availability of features.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We process personal data in accordance with UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) and other applicable Indonesian data protection laws.

Review data collected by the platform consists of publicly available content from Google Maps and does not constitute private personal data under Indonesian law.

You must not use the Services to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content through the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services without written authorization
• Manipulate, fabricate, or misrepresent review data or business metrics
• Use automated tools to excessively load or stress the platform infrastructure
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Rasava AI or any third party

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@rasava.ai.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated insights or review data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rasava AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Rasava AI in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rasava AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) as amended, and UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP).

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent court in Jakarta, Indonesia.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rasava AI regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Neither party shall be liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the Services as quickly as practicable and will communicate with affected users where possible.

By submitting testimonials or reviews about Rasava AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display them on our platform and marketing materials.

You confirm that any testimonial you submit is truthful, reflects your genuine experience, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You may request removal of your testimonial by contacting us at hello@rasava.ai.
